Following the nomination process, AUBA Australian Business Assessment Panel conducts a thorough evaluation to ensure only the finest businesses are honoured. Our assessment focuses on four key areas: Online Reputation, where we scrutinize customer reviews, social media presence, and overall digital footprint; Public Data Analysis, where we review industry rankings and other publicly available data to gauge business performance; Professionalism, which involves assessing the quality of communication, adherence to industry standards, and the level of expertise demonstrated; and Service, where we evaluate the overall customer experience, including responsiveness, problem-solving, and satisfaction levels. This comprehensive evaluation process allows us to confidently recognize businesses that exemplify excellence and maintain the highest standards across all aspects of their operations.
